A usual day...
Hmmm... Its a second blog here and I am wondering what to write you here... Last night, after writing here, I went back to MSN and did my usual blogging there. I feel little inconvenient to maintain two blogs. Hopefully, if this blog picks up, I will be spending time here.
This morning, when I woke up, I had a very unusal sensation in my stomach... first, I thought it could be because of the food last night. but the sensation continued even till breakfast. I then realized that I forogot to take the medicine for my acid reflux problem. This acid reflux is creating lots of problems and it is the root cause of my throat infection. While I was in New York recently, I consulted a very famous ENT Dr and he confirmed that my throat infection is just because of this acid reflux. He prescribed me Rabeprazole Sodium 20mg every night and since then I have not faced any throat infection. Earlier, I was taking Omeprazole but it seems its no more effective for me.
I was in office and I got a call from BSNL that my modem is ready to be picked up and it was just 15 minutes to 1:30pm - BSNL's lunch time. I just wanted to collect this modem at the earliest and thus I just rushed to BSNL office. I reched there 5 minutes late but the person in office was kind enough to let me in and hand over my modem. I then came home and started configuring this modem. My earlier modem had a built-in LAN and Wireless router and thus, it was one box solution. BSNL did not have such modem/router in stock and thus I ended up with buying a modem.
Fortunately, I had picked up Buffalo's Nfiniti wireless router when I was in PA and thus I can still enjoy wireless internet at home. Darshan said that Buffalo routers have the same hardware as of Linksys but they are less expensive then Linksys as Buffalo is not very famous brand. This new router has a powerful radio that it reaches all corners of first floor. So, my afternoon was spent in setting up these devices and ensuring proper wireless security. I also configured my VoIP box so that I can start using it for my international calling.
In the evening, I again went to office to work on some design. It was after few days that I could attend aarti. It was a real divine experience this evening.
When I came back home, Shilpa and Akshar had arrived from Bhavnagar. We met after almost a year time. Akshar has really grown up tall and he is a "guy" now.
Shital had returned from hospital and D also was there. On the back side of the house, there was a "reunion" going on as Shilpa and D met after many years and so was the case with Shilpa and Tinaben... all these ladies have been close friends since their childhood and they were so loud when I joined them. Well, D and her horizontal growth was the talk of the town all the time and no one left a single chance to tease her about it.
Now, its 56 mins past midnight and I still have to finish the design. EOB
The First...
This is my first post on this blog... I hope blogging here will be very comfortable compared to MSN Live Space. I have always been using Live Space for my blogging as it has a easy way to restrict viewers. As Blogspot too has that facility, I was considering to use this engine for a while. Thanks to P to push me here.
I intend to experiment something here on Blogspot befor the real blogging... this will give me enough confidence to scribble here. I also want to use this engine to sharpen my HTML and widgets skills. It has been a while since I have done actual coding... let this be a way to bring me back to basic!
If you are an experienced blogger here, you may find my blog very premitive, boring, unnecessary, full of errors and just unwanted. If you really find like it, I am happy I am correct. If I am not now, I will be later...
Anyway, enough of myself... Its just not me to keep on talking about me...
