Yes, its finally an end to the long frustration dealing with Dish TV people. This morning, I called Dish TV’s escalation desk and asked for Suraj. The operator left a message for him and he called back right away. I told him that my subscription date has not been changed yet and he assured me that he would do it right away and will for sure call me back as soon as it was done.
After I hung up, in next 10 minutes, I got a call from him and he told me that the subscription date has been extended. I verified it and it indeed was!
So, finally, the patience prevailed and I am happy that I could get what I deserved.
